    Abstract

Waterlog (30 January 2007 – 13 January 2008 Touring UK Venues) was a group exhibition, curated by Film and Video Umbrella and presented at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Art, University of East Anglia, Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, and The Collection Lincoln UK. The exhibition's premise started with the writing of the late W G Sebald, Professor of Modern European Literature at UEA, and in particular his novel/memoir/travelogue 'The Rings of Saturn'. This critically acclaimed exhibition included artworks by Tacita Dean, Guy Moreton, Marcus Coates, Simon Pope, Alexander and Susan Maris, and Alec Finlay.
