Research output: Non-textual formExhibition

Abstract

Interactive learning environment regarding two of the basic human senses: hearing and vision. Featuring two compendium posters with targeted information, 3D CGI animations of the physiology and anatomy of the ear, hearing process, eyes and how we see, and 3D printed objects of the inner ear and complete eye structures for interaction. The main goal is to introduce the audience on how we can hear and see all the lights and music in the Lantern Festival in a dynamic and interactive way.

The interactive learning environment is made of A0 size panels with interactive messages, videos with 3D computer graphics animations of the human body, and 3D printed structures for hands-on interaction. Therefore, we stimulate knowledge acquisition in 3 ways: vision, hearing, and cognition. The panels have QR codes under the brand ‘Learn+’ (learn more) for the audience download the interactive version of the panels.
