    Abstract

Exploring how some entrepreneurs manage to position themselves for success, as they ride the peaks and troughs of economic cycles, whilst others crash-and-burn, this interactive workshop compares and contrasts specific individuals and events, from history, with the current situation. Dispelling the twin fallacies that the current recession was neither predicted nor represents typical conditions.
