Peer Practice Exchange in Undergraduate Research

Peer practice exchange has long been acclaimed for the development of academics in the literature, and its benefits to academic have been strongly emphasised over the past year at Southampton Solent University. The proposed poster will present the preliminary findings and rationale behind the application of peer practice exchange among a group of undergraduate students as part of their 3rd year research project. The structure and pro-format provide to support and guide the peer practice exchange will be introduced. Moreover, the poster will aim at providing a comprehensive way for colleagues to implement this peer practice exchange with their undergraduate researchers and final year students.
