    Abstract

A lot is known about Micro Enterprises yet they continue to be an enigma worthy of further research. They are confronted with many challenges and in the light of these this workshop will start by briefly reviewing previous research in the area of skill acquisition. It will also introduce participants to a conceptual model which has been developed to underpin future research. The aim of the current research is to understand how learners might want to engage with educators to provide a more customer led delivery.
