    Abstract

Founded in 2012, Re:So is a Solent University student-run concept store based in Southampton, United Kingdom. With a brick-and-mortar store at a local shopping center and pop-up stores at events and festivals, Re:So provides students with a variety of experiential learning activities around retail merchandising, retail management, visual merchandising, and retail strategy. Students staff the retail stores and take on a variety of roles. Consideration is being given to whether a store relocation needs to happen in order to make Re:So more financially sustainable. This case asks students to explore factors associated with retail merchandising, management, visual merchandising, and retail strategy in order to ensure the long-term viability of the retailer.
