Academic description
The project comprises of three separate projects.
Fort Purbrook:
A two-part project exploring the digital interpretation of the Portsmouth Fort Purbrook monument and residential facilities. This project will create a virtual tour of the fort to widen accessibility of the history of the site and explore the potential for digital marketing of the residential areas. This project comprises of a virtual tour of the interior and digital interpretation of the exterior.
Gosport Motte and Bailey.
A Gosport site near Apple Dumpling Bridge has been identified as the very loose remains of what would once have been a Motte and Bailey, comprising of the fort itself and the surrounding area. There is currently no indication or visual information as to what this would have looked like. This project would be the digital interpretation and animation of what would have existed in this space.
SOSCA (Save Our South Coast Alliance) Action Group
