Dr. Paul Summers PhD, MA, MAPM, PGCTLHE, FHEA joined the University in September 2014 as an Associate Lecturer, and has also taught operations management, project management, consultancy, creativity and strategy at a number of southern universities.
Paul has worked for more than 40 years in a range of different organisations across the private and public sectors. This experience is mainly in the fields of projects, IT and business improvement.

Areas of expertise
Paul is a practitioner and researcher in the areas of systems thinking, projects, learning and improvement. In 2014 he co-chaired the UKSS 18th International conference at the University of Hull. He has refereed a number of articles for both journals and conferences. Paul has been awarded APMP, MSP and PRINCE2 practitioner qualifications.
