My reserach interest is simulation-based education as I am passionate about experiential learning, particularly in the realm of evaluating proficiencies through simulation and fostering psychological safety within educational environments. My reserach interests lie at the intersection of educational theory, simulation technology, and psychological safety of simulated environments.
