Personal profile

Ellie is a Lecturer in Sociology interested in contemporary challenges such as the climate crisis, the exploitative use of animals, and migration, especially in relation to religion and culture. Her research is very much centred around sustainability, vegan studies, ethical consumption, and lived experience. She is a qualitative researcher, with interests in interviewing, ethnography, creative research methods, and social media-based diary methods.
