Equality Branch Officer, Committee member and School of Creative Industries Rep Responsible for promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion across the University by supporting the development and implementation of fair policies and practices. As School Representative, acted as the primary point of contact for UCU members within the School of Creative Industries, communicated local concerns to the branch committee, supported colleagues with workplace issues, and ensured consistent application of university policies at the school level, and beyond. These roles strengthened staff representation and enhanced the connection between members and the wider union.
